My photographs are created using high-end digital camera equipment. I use professional lenses and at least one level to ensure that my photos are sharp and are free of any lens distortion. Additionally, I use a large high definition color-calibrated monitor for optimal colors, contrast and sharpness. Prior to printing and shipping, I inspect all photographs for imperfections of any kind. Due to the fact that I do not keep any inventory, I give individual attention to each print. All prints will be signed prior to shipping.

Unless instructed otherwise, I print on Fuji Crystal Archive paper using industry leading ZBE Chromira printers. Prints that exceed 30" on the smallest side will be printed on a Giclee (inkjet) printer. If you would like me to use alternative printing techniques and/or materials, please contact me before ordering so that I can give you an accurate price estimate.

While I am not currently offering traditional framing services, it is highly recommended that you have your prints framed using archival materials. Over time, sunlight and contaminants in the air can damage photographic prints. Archival framing uses acid-free materials and UV glass to keep your prints in great shape for a lifetime.

ColorBox is new display option from Colorplak. ColorBox mounted prints are dry mounted onto a 3/8" MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) and then pressurized and heat-sealed with a UV protective laminate. The MDF mounted print is then set on a 1" box frame. Next, the mounted print and box frame are joined and sanded to create a seamless beveled edge (as seen in the photo at the top of this page). The beveled edges have a matte black finish and the print goes to the very edge of the mount.

All photographic prints and their respective inks and paper materials are susceptible to change over time. However, if you take care of them properly, they should last a very long time. Prints that have not been mounted should be placed in archival frames and should stay in their plastic protection sleeve until framed. All materials used in framing should be acid-free and stand behind UV glass. Also, never touch a print with your bare hands/fingers as the oil on your skin may transfer to the print.

ColorBox mounted prints are protected by a protective heat-sealed laminate. While this special laminate is very durable, it is not invincible. Dust can be removed using a damp cloth. To clean off grease or dirt, use a soft cloth and a 1 part water to 1 part window cleaner (i.e. Windex) mixture.

I take pride in my prints and guarantee that you will be satisfied with them. If you are not satisfied with your prints for any reason, please contact me immediately. I will accept all undamaged prints for a full refund (shipping not included) within a week of their original delivery date. I will not replace, refund or be held responsible for prints that were damaged due to improper handling and/or care. I take great care in packaging prints to make sure that they arrive in perfect condition. Please see my instructions (above) taking care of your prints.

I provide free standard shipping for all of my customers, regardless of the size of the order. Most all prints will be delivered within two weeks from the order date. ColorBox mounted prints will take an additional 1-2 weeks for delivery. All prints will be delivered via UPS insured shipping + tracking.
